Automatic loading system ,It is to transport the filled  bottles to the freeze-drying machine shelf through an automatic loading system.
After freeze-drying

is completed, the  bottles inside the freeze-drying machine are automatically removed from the machine through the unloading system.
The entire process is unmanned, minimizing the impact of personnel on the environment to the greatest extent possible.
 

Characteristics
There are three types of automatic feeding and discharging system: fixed type , mobile type and Hybrid automatic feeding and discharging system. According to the process requirements, customers can choose either separately or mixed.

Automatic feed in and feed out system is composed of several major parts or systems, such as feed docking system, front push rod feed system, rear push rod discharge system, discharge system, isolation system and control system.
The whole feeding and discharging cycle of the equipment is divided into: feeding, buffering, counting, plate and layer docking, feeding, plate and layer docking, discharging and bottle discharging, etc. In the automatic operation mode, the feeding and discharging cycle is executed automatically according to the above steps.
